mackerel pate, mussels and organic salmon)- celeriac remoulade.

black pudding with beetroot puree - wild berry hazelnut jus.

Warm grilled Thai beef salad with mixed leaves, cashew nuts,

coriander, spring onions- lime,soy,honey,chilli and ginger dressing.

Grilled Lissadell mussels stuffed with crispy garlic bread-crumbs.

Penne pasta with natural smoked haddock ,cream, fresh dill, black pepper

and fresh Parmesan cheese.

Home made chicken, wild mushroom and herb terrine with

cornichons, onion and sultana compot.

Fresh soup of the day.

Creamy seafood chowder.


Duo of duck ,roast five spice scented breast and confit of duck leg

with braised red cabbage and creamy pepper duck sauce.

Baked Irish chicken breast stuffed with a chicken, cheddar and

tarragon mousseline - chorizo, tarragon and Madeira cream.

Grilled 9 oz, aged Irish sirloin steak with peppered sauce

(5 euro supplement)

Carved, lemon, garlic and fresh oregano marinated pork fillet,

sauerkraut and caraway mash- caramelised onion balsamic sauce.
